Spicy Steamed Fish

Spicy Steamed FishI discovered this recipe by just being a little creative, what with the “losing weight” New Year resolution!  I couldn’t just eat plain steamed fish, so I added a bit of salt and pepper.  Then I added a few more herbs and spices and that’s it.  It was so succulent and tender, so much nicer than my oven-baked version.  I thought fish alone would not fill me up, so I quickly chopped and stir-fried some veggies whilst the fish was steaming.  There you go, a healthy spicy lunch made in just 10 minutes!

Instructions
  1. Place the fish in a steamer on a very low heat

  7. Switch off the heat
  8. Check the fish after 10 minutes of placing in steamer
